About the future of
care home research
The PREACH study ran from January 2024 to August 2025 and was funded by NIHR EEPRU. ​
We aim to report full findings in late 2025, at which point we will also release the anonymised dataset. Until then, please view our 'Headline Results' newsletter and presentations linked on this website.

PREACH is a research study led by University of Hertfordshire and funded by National Institute for Health and Care Research.

We are seeking the views of anyone with a professional or personal link with older adult care homes, so that future research in the area can be better tailored to fit with the needs of residents and other key stakeholders.
